Following our report a few weeks back on a New York court’s decision to stop several hedge funds suing Porsche AG from the USA, it seems no further action is being taken on American shores, as both sides have apparently agreed to drop US proceedings.
Legal action instigated in Germany continues, although Porsche believes the claims are baseless. The lawyers’ clocks tick on.
